The information we hold depends on how you interact with us. We collect only what a recruiting, onboarding or operational relationship actually requires.

• Contact information — name, mobile or other phone number, email address, and mailing address where an engagement requires it.
• Recruiting and application information — the details you share when applying for or discussing a contractor opportunity, including work history, availability and geographic preference.
• Contractor and onboarding information — documentation required to engage and pay a contractor, and date of birth or similar identifiers where a role, jurisdiction or background requirement makes it necessary.
• Operational and field information — assignment, scheduling, location, availability and production information generated while working on a field engagement.
• Communications and SMS history — records of messages exchanged with us, including text messages, and whether consent to receive messages was given or withdrawn.
• Website and device information — standard analytics data such as pages visited, referring source, approximate location, browser and device type.

Information is used to operate our business, specifically for:

• Recruiting, evaluating applications and responding to inquiries
• Onboarding contractors and collecting required documentation
• Scheduling orientation and sending confirmations and reminders
• Coordinating field operations, assignments and availability
• Contractor administration, including payment and recordkeeping
• Communicating with you, including by phone, email and SMS
• Meeting legal, regulatory and contractual compliance obligations
• Providing support and answering operational questions

Momentum uses SMS for recruiting and operational communication with applicants, contractors and field personnel. Messages are sent only after an individual has consented to receive them.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent status are used to deliver the operational messages described in our SMS Terms. We may share mobile information with service providers that deliver those messages on our behalf, such as our messaging platform, strictly so that the messages can be sent. Those providers may not use the information for their own marketing.

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also ask us to remove your number by contacting us at the email address below.

Individuals interested in contractor opportunities with Momentum Consulting & Strategies may contact our team directly by phone or through a recruiting conversation. During that conversation, we explain that we use SMS to provide recruiting updates, onboarding information, orientation scheduling and reminders, field assignment information, and other operational communications. We ask the individual for permission to send text messages to the phone number they provide. Messages are only sent after the individual agrees to receive them.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of applying for or being considered for any opportunity with Momentum.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only where it is necessary to run the engagement or where the law requires it:

• Service providers who process information on our behalf, such as our messaging platform, under instructions consistent with this policy
• Clients and partner organizations where a field engagement requires it, limited to what that engagement needs
• Authorities, regulators or counterparties where disclosure is legally required

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how pages are used. IP addresses are anonymized and Google advertising signals are disabled, so the data is not used to build advertising audiences. We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels on this site. You can block analytics through your browser settings or an ad blocker.

We retain information for as long as needed to support an active or potential engagement, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax, regulatory or recordkeeping purposes. SMS consent records are retained for as long as we message you and for a reasonable period afterwards to evidence that consent.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim that it is.

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS.
• Ask us to correct or delete information we hold about you.
• Ask us what information we hold and how it is used.

This website and our contractor opportunities are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
