Political Field Staffing & Multi-Market Deployment
Built to deploy. Built to expand.
Momentum recruits, staffs, coordinates, and deploys experienced field personnel for petition drives, ballot-access programs, political canvassing, voter contact, and GOTV operations. Almost every field program that misses its target misses it for the same reason: it could not build and hold the workforce the target required.
Who this is for
- Campaigns that need canvassers or circulators at volume
- Programs running in several markets at once
- Programs losing ground to attrition
- Efforts entering unfamiliar labor markets
- Organizations needing field leadership, not just bodies
How we approach it
We size the workforce from the production target, then keep a recruiting pipeline running above replacement so capacity can be added the moment a market falls behind.
Momentum is nonpartisan. We evaluate engagements on operational fit, requirements and our ability to execute, not on party or ideology.
Built to Deploy. Built to Expand.
Some field operations begin every engagement by trying to build a workforce from zero.
Momentum begins with existing capacity. Our network includes 40+ experienced field personnel, more than 10 field coordination partners with access to additional crews, and recruiting infrastructure that allows us to continue building capacity around the engagement.
That structure allows Momentum to support a concentrated local operation, a statewide program, or multiple field teams operating across different markets.
How the capacity is structured
01
Existing Field Bench
Momentum maintains access to 40+ experienced field personnel who can be deployed based on project requirements.
02
Field Coordination Partners
Momentum maintains relationships with more than 10 field coordination partners who can support additional field-team capacity across political and petition operations.
03
Scalable Recruiting
Momentum can continue building additional personnel around the size, geography, and timeline of an engagement.
Common problems
What usually goes wrong.
Hiring starts after the program is already behind
Recruiting is treated as a launch task rather than a standing function.
No screening standard
Volume without screening produces turnover, quality problems and rework.
Training is one orientation
Field staff are briefed once and never coached, so the standard drifts immediately.
No field leadership layer
Crews scale past what one coordinator can supervise and production quality falls.

Experienced field personnel available for deployment
10+
Field coordination partners with additional team capacity
Momentum's 40+ experienced field personnel are its own active field network. Field coordination partners are independent relationships that maintain their own team capacity; personnel working through those partners are not Momentum employees. Momentum does not claim unlimited staffing capacity or publish a combined headcount across partner teams. Operational figures are founder-provided totals across prior field operations and are not independently audited. Totals are aggregate and are not attributed to any individual campaign.
What we put in place
The operating structure.
High-volume sourcing
Multiple channels run continuously and measured on cost and yield per market.
Screening and background checks
Consistent standards applied before anyone is deployed to represent the program.
Project-specific training
Trained on this program's rules and script, not a generic curriculum.
Field leadership structure
Crew leads and coordinators so supervision scales with headcount.
Performance management
Daily numbers by person, with coaching and replacement handled quickly.
Multi-market coordination
Separate crews run against one operating standard for production, reporting and quality when a program spans several geographies.
Common questions
How much field capacity does Momentum actually have available?
Momentum's active field network includes 40+ experienced field personnel available for deployment. Beyond that, we maintain relationships with more than 10 field coordination partners who have access to additional teams, and we continue recruiting around the size, geography and timeline of an engagement. We do not claim unlimited capacity — the right answer depends on the target and the calendar.
What is a field coordination partner?
An independent organization we have an established working relationship with, which maintains its own experienced field teams. When a program needs more capacity than our own bench provides, we coordinate those teams against the same production, reporting and quality standard. Personnel working through coordination partners are not Momentum employees.
Can Momentum run programs in several markets at the same time?
Yes. The combination of an existing bench, coordination partners and continuous recruiting is what makes simultaneous project capacity possible. Separate crews are coordinated across geographies against one operating standard rather than each market inventing its own.
Does Momentum recruit locally in each market?
Yes, and local labor-market conditions are a planning input. Sourcing channels, pay and lead time vary considerably by geography.
Can you staff a program we are already running?
Yes. Staffing-only engagements are common, as are engagements where we also install the training and management structure around the team.
Tell us the target and the deadline.
We will tell you what the operation has to look like to hit it.
